Chattanooga Bridge Privacy Policy

Chattanooga Bridge is a place where Chattanooga locals and/or visitors can communicate with other Chattanoogans, and browse events and places in Chattanooga, TN and the surrounding areas. By signing up with Chattanooga Bridge, you are given the ability to list public events, comment on events, save events to your user profile, and locate or add friends to your “Friends List” inside your profile page.

Information Collection and Use Practices

• Any information you provide us with, that will be included on your profile page or in comments left by you are considered public information and will be treated as such.
• Any pictures uploaded to our servers can and will be used for public viewing.

Information Sharing and Disclosure Practices

• If you choose to provide them, your name, personal or group profile description, home page URL, and photo URL will be included in your public profile.
• Events you create will be publicly displayed immediately.
• Events that you post may be edited via the ‘edit event’ feature by other users as well as Chattanooga Bridge staff.
• Links to your profile are included with all comments you make and all events you create, watch, or commit to attend.
• There is no option, at this time, to make your public profile page private. All information that you save to your profile page will be displayed for public viewing.
• Your profile picture and link may be seen publicly on any event profile page that you choose to save to your profile page, using the “I’m Attending” button or any other means available.

Practices Regarding Your Ability to Update or Delete Information

• Visit your Chattanooga Bridge settings to edit your profile and other information. When you are logged in, your profile page will include a link to edit your profile.
• You may delete your Chattanooga Bridge account at any time, provided our servers are running properly.

Practices Regarding Our Ability to Delete Information

• Chattanooga Bridge retains the right to delete or change user submitted events or profiles that have been flagged by other users or deemed unfit by the Chattanooga Bridge staff (e.g. events, listings and/or personal or group profiles containing offensive material, seemingly fake information, personal events that are not meant for public attendance, etc.)

• When you use ChattanoogaBridge.com, you are subject to any and all of the Chattanooga Bridge and Endi Media, LLC Terms of Use.
