Description:

The Arts & Education Council Spring Independent Film Series starts FRIDAY, JANUARY 29, at the Majestic Theater in downtown Chattanooga. These films will run at regular movie showtimes. Check local listings each week for specific times.

On the eve of World War I in a village in Protestant northern Germany, strange accidents occur and gradually take on the character of a punishment ritual. Who is behind it all? The film took the Golden Globe for Best Foreign Language Film in 2010.
