Description:

The WHAT CHEER? BRIGADE is a rowdy 19-piece brass band from Providence, RI. The band will start on the south side of the Walnut Street Bridge and march and jam their way over to the North Shores favorite parking lot adjacent to Winder Binder Gallery of Folk Art. Let's help the Shaking Ray Levi Society welcome this band to town!!
