200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Dolly Stavros, E-RYT
Yoga Alliance certified

Mod II Nov 12 - 17
Mod III Jan 21 - 26
Daily schedule is 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break. Short breaks will be given throughout the day.
Cost for entire 200-hour training is $2300
Deposit of $300 will hold your space, with remaining tuition due by Sept 1st.
Our curriculum will cover topics such as: the principles of alignment; adjustments and assists; anatomy and physiology; bandhas; pranayama; chanting; meditation; chakras; yamas and niyamas; communication skills; ethics; history; lifestyle; Sanskrit; practice teaching; sequencing; book discussions and video presentations.
Our multidisciplinary approach provides you with a vast array of tools, giving you the skills necessary to teach a balanced and safe yoga class.
