Description:
Lyrical Jazz is an expressive style of dance that uses jazz and modern-based movements to interpret music and express emotions. This class opens with a Pilates-based core conditioning warm-up and progresses to an exploration of musicality, fluidity and transition in movement. All dancers are welcome.
