The Beatles Abbey Road is often cited as one of the finest rock albums ever recorded. Decades after the original album was released, Beatles fans now have the chance to hear it performed LIVE, start to finish, by Abbey Road LIVE! This stunning musical group is made up of four all-star musicians from the infamous Athens GA music scene. Collectively they have recorded and toured regularly with bands such as Cosmic Charlie, Charlie Mars, and Fuzzy Sprouts, as well as guest appearances with acts such as Indigo Girls, Juliana Hatfield, and Lemonheads.
An Abbey Road LIVE! show generally consists of a rocking rendition of the late-period Beatles recording, along with a second set of rarely heard Beatles' gems. Pulling material from albums such as Sgt. Pepper, Magical Mystery Tour, and The White Album, the band always delights its audiences with selections from its repertoire of more than 80 Beatles tunes!
