Join us for a free, one-hour introduction to Yoga techniques designed for runners and other active people. Learn some simple moves to limber up and avoid common running injuries. Led by a certified Yoga instructor, the class is free and open to all interested members of the public.
Yoga mats will be available for those who do not have one and healthy refreshments will be provided.
