Description:

The love of art and love of jazz music performed by the legendary John Coltrane inspired, Chicago native and emerging artist, Kevin O’Keith to create his first solo exhibition, Love Supreme.

Love Supreme, titled after John Coltrane’s musical masterpiece, showcases more than thirty original sketches and giclee prints created by Kevin O’Keith. The exhibit will be unveiled at the Bessie Smith Cultural Center on November 20 and remain on display through February 20.

Visitors can tour Love Supreme as well as other exhibits at the Bessie Smith Cultural Center Monday through Friday between 10 am and 5 pm or on Saturdays from noon to 4 pm. General admission is $7 for adults, $5 for senior citizens and students, $3 for children ages 6-12. Members and children 5 and under are free.
