Description:
We have the Shaking Ray Levi Society to thank for bringing this historic tour through Chattanooga and the Barking Legs. The Sun City Girls were a legendary band comprising the Bishop brothers and drummer Charles Gocher. With Gocher's death last year, the band's long run came to a close, and this show is the Bishops' sendoff to both their longtime bandmate and the band itself.
A 40-minute video will be followed by two acoustic sets of Alan and Rick playing selected songs from the impossibly voluminous catalog of Sun City Girls material created during their 27 year history together, including several tracks written by and/or originally performed by Gocher.
This is the tour's only stop in Tennessee east of Memphis, and it is an event not to be missed.
