Description:

AEC Spring Independent Film Series

An Egyptian brass band heads to Israel to perform at the opening ceremony of a brand new Arab arts center—but due to bureaucracy, maybe bad luck, they are left stranded at the airport. They try to manage on their own, only to find themselves in a desolate, almost forgotten Israeli town somewhere in the heart of the desert. This dramatic comedy received 24 wins and eight nominations, including Best Film from the Israeli Film Academy.
